Rowdies Reaching for USL Cup With Home Field Advantage


The Tampa Bay Rowdies are at it again. Just a few days out from Saturday’s Eastern Conference Quarterfinal against FC Cincinnati, the Rowdies are ready to put up a fight all the way to the USL Cup finals.

Teams: Tampa Bay Rowdies v. FC Cincinnati

When: Saturday, Oct. 21st, 7:30pm

Where: Al Lang Stadium – St. Petersburg, FL.

This will be the Rowdies’ first playoff game since 2012. But the Rowdies are no strangers to pressure – they took home the NASL cup in 2012. They moved to the USL division this year and are poised to clinch the cup. The Rowdies and FC Cincinnati have matched up twice in the 2017 season, the first on April 19, resulting in a 1-1 draw, and the second (at Al Lang Stadium) in a 2-0 win on July 6th. Things are looking good for our Rowdies – so let’s keep the momentum coming!
