A new cafe serving poke and acai bowls has opened on Beach Drive. Kaia Bowls soft-launched at 30 Beach Drive NE in September in the former Naples Soap Company space, bringing a new healthy dining option to St. Pete’s waterfront.
The cafe’s vegan menu includes savory poke bowls, sweet acai bowls and smoothies made with almond and coconut milk. The bright space was made colorful by a wall mural painted by Florida-based muralist Lorinda Fore.
Kaia Bowls is owned and operated by the Ancuta family from Canada, who moved to Clearwater in 2013. Their Beach Drive store is their fourth in Pinellas County, with three others located throughout the area on Clearwater Beach, Countryside Mall and in Safety Harbor.
