Looking for a good mid-week activity? The James Museum of Western and Wildlife Art has now begun $10 Tuesdays, giving visitors a great opportunity to explore. Having just opened in April of this year, now is your chance to see what it’s all about.
Not only are prices discounted every Tuesday, but each week a different experience will be presented after 5 p.m. These include western movie showings, gallery talks and family-friendly activities.
Tonight’s presentation is a screening of the award-winning documentary, RUMBLE: The Indians Who Rocked the World. This documents the impact of Native American musicians such as Jimi Hendrix and Charley Patton on American music and culture.
Next Tuesday, the museum will host a performance by the Trailside Phantoms. With their “Americana Weird” sound, this performance is sure to be great.
A full list of Tuesday night events can be found on the James Museum’s website, at https://thejamesmuseum.org/events/. Each Tuesday night’s event is free with admission or museum membership.
Be sure to take advantage of these awesome opportunities!
